Mick Herron


 Mick Herron, born in Newcastle upon Tyne, England in 1963, is perhaps best known for his popular Slough House series, one of the more successful television adaptations on Apple TV. Among the numerous awards for which Herron has been nominated, he won the 2013 Crime Writer’s Association Gold Dagger award for Dead Lions, book number two in the Slough Series, and was awarded the Diamond Dagger for lifetime achievement in 2025.
